Start with the actual product
The Blue Zeus product listing names L-arginine pyroglutamate, ginkgo biloba, maca dry extract, damiana extract and Korean ginseng extract, alongside ingredients used to form and colour the tablet. A tablet’s 850 mg total weight is not the dose of each botanical.
Korean ginseng
Korean or Asian ginseng is Panax ginseng. It is one of the botanicals listed in Blue Zeus. Research into an individual ingredient does not establish what the finished blend will do. Read the pack and check suitability before choosing.
Ginkgo biloba
Ginkgo leaf extract appears in many supplements. NCCIH says there is no conclusive evidence that ginkgo helps any health condition. It may increase bleeding risk with anticoagulants such as warfarin and can interact with medicines. This is one reason to ask a pharmacist about the whole ingredient list.
Maca, damiana and L-arginine
These are listed components of the Blue Zeus blend. Their presence alone does not tell you the quantity, extract strength or effect of the finished tablet. Descriptions such as “herbal” or “natural” do not provide a guarantee of effectiveness or suitability for everyone.
What to check before use
Read the directions, ingredient list, warnings and expiry date on the pack you receive. If you take medicines or have a health condition, show the full label to a pharmacist or doctor before taking it. Ginseng can interact with medicines; sleep disturbance is a reported side effect.
Keep expectations realistic
An ingredient list tells you what is in the blend; it does not promise how your evening will feel. Blue Zeus does not guarantee a particular result. Follow the dose on your current pack.
